Today, Rhea Jain is the founder of Swift Transformations Pty Ltd, an Australian company providing coaching, strategic advisory and practical AI to dentists and dental practice owners. She is also the owner of an independent Queensland dental practice. The work is commercial and leadership work inside dental practices — AI-enhanced, human-led success.
Twenty years across university leadership, multinational workforce strategy, healthcare ownership and AI-enabled product development. An award-winning career. Owner of a profitable, multimillion-dollar independent Queensland dental practice. And a period where all of it was being produced in the most expensive way possible.
The turning point
From the outside, it looked like everything was working.
I have always been ambitious. Awards, senior roles, national and international recognition, then practice ownership. I liked the work and I was good at it, and my method for producing results was straightforward: carry more, care more, be available.
During that period, I developed Bell’s palsy — temporary facial paralysis. Whatever the medical cause, it became a turning point in how I thought about the way I was producing success.
The obvious conclusion was to want less. That conclusion was wrong.
Ambition was never the problem. The way the success was being produced was the problem. So I redesigned it — deliberately, and around performance and family, health, relationships, wealth, travel and freedom, rather than performance at their expense.
Why this is personal rather than theoretical
I did not read about owner dependence. I built it, then dismantled it inside our own practice — patient experience, treatment conversations, culture, distributed leadership, systems, and eventually a practice where owner involvement is largely strategic and clinicians work materially fewer clinical days while performing strongly.
That is the work I now do with a small number of established owners. Not a program. A private conversation about the outcome you want, and the few changes most likely to produce it.

You’re not a dentist — why does that work?
You are already the dental expert. What most established practices are short of is the human and commercial discipline around the dentistry: how patients are spoken to, how decisions get made, how people are led, and how performance is measured. Your patients aren’t dentists. Neither is most of your team. Neither am I.
Are you a psychologist?
No. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and works from a psychology-informed lens. This is business and leadership advisory, not psychological treatment or therapy.
Do you run this yourself, or is there a team?
The advisory is delivered personally by Rhea. It is private and 1:1 — not a course, mastermind, cohort or fixed program.
