Coaching for dentists & practice owners · Australia
Coaching for dentists who already do something well.
Whether you own a practice, work as an associate or contractor, are building a specialist career or are heading toward ownership — most coaching is built for people who need a plan. If you already have one, the work is different: find the constraint, make the few decisions that move everything, and stop being the bottleneck in your own working life.
The short answer
Executive coaching for a practice owner is private 1:1 work on the decisions, leadership behaviour and structure that determine how the business performs — and how much of your life it consumes. Swift Transformations delivers it as bespoke advisory: no modules, no curriculum, and no fixed program. You bring the real situation; we work out what it actually needs.
Who this is for
Successful dentists across Australia — practice owners and equity partners, associates and contractors on their own ABN, specialists, and dentists heading toward ownership. Capable, respected, and quietly carrying more than they should.
- Every meaningful decision still routes back through you.
- Growth has started to cost you evenings, weekends and attention at home.
- The team is good but not yet leading without you.
- You want the next stage of success to feel different from the last.
Coaching, consulting or advisory?
Coaching draws the answers out of you. Consulting hands you someone else's. Advisory does both where each is useful — a view on the business plus the leadership work that makes the change stick. That is what this is.
Business coaching for dentists — what it should actually cover
Most business coaching sold to dentists is generic small-business content with a dental cover page. For an established practice the useful ground is narrower and harder: the economics of a clinical day, treatment conversations that create understanding, associate and hygienist leverage, a practice manager with real authority, and the owner’s own role. That is the ground we work on.
What we actually work on
- The owner's role: what only you should do, and what should leave your desk.
- Leadership and accountability: how decisions get made when you're not in the room.
- People and culture: capability, standards, and the conversations being avoided.
- Customer and patient experience: trust, understanding and informed decisions.
- Systems and performance: the few numbers that actually steer the business.
- Practical AI: used as an enabler for the ordinary work, never as the headline.
Why Rhea Jain
Rhea owns and operates a profitable multi-million-dollar independent Australian dental practice, grown with no paid advertising, that now runs largely without her day to day on the strength of its Practice Manager and team leadership. Twenty-plus years in people, leadership and organisational performance sit behind that: BSc Psychology, Master of Human Resource Management, NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, and coaching in emotional intelligence and personal leadership. You bring the technical expertise. She brings the people, performance and big-picture lens around it.
How it starts
A complimentary advisory session — a private 1:1 with Rhea. You describe the situation as it really is. She tells you what she thinks the constraint is. If ongoing work makes sense, you'll both know by the end. No modules, no generic curriculum.
Questions people ask
Is this business coaching or executive coaching?
Both, delivered as private advisory. The business questions and the leadership questions are the same questions once you own the place, so they are not separated into different products.
Is business coaching for dentists different from general business coaching?
It should be. A dental practice earns through clinical hours, patient trust and a small team, so the levers are treatment understanding, diary and fee design, associate leverage and leadership — not generic sales funnels or franchising theory.
Do you only work with dental practice owners?
No. Practice owners and equity partners are the core focus for practice-wide work, because that is the business Rhea owns and knows in detail. Individual dentists — associates, contractors on their own ABN, specialists and dentists heading toward ownership — are worked with 1:1 on career direction, performance, leadership and patient conversations.
Is there a program or a set number of sessions?
No. The work is bespoke and shaped around your actual practice, your actual people and the decisions in front of you.
What does the first session cost?
Nothing. The initial advisory session is complimentary — a private 1:1 with Rhea Jain.
Where are you based?
Australia. Advisory is delivered privately, online or in person by arrangement.
