Swift Transformations

Privacy notice

Plain English, because that is how the rest of this site is written.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, and — where the form asks for it — your practice name, location, role, approximate team size, and the short answers or preferences you choose to share.

Our diagnostic tools (the Treatment Opportunity Calculator, the Practice Leverage Score, the Dental AI Capability Check and the Practice & Life Scorecard) show your result on screen. You do not need to give an email address to see it.

The diagnostic tools

When you use one of the diagnostics, your answers and the result may be stored anonymously so we can see which questions are useful and improve the tools. That record is linked only to a random identifier held in your browser for the current visit. We do not store your IP address, your device details or any browser fingerprint, and we cannot identify you from it.

The anonymous record may also note which page of this site you used the tool on and, if you arrived through a link with campaign labels (such as a newsletter or advert link), those labels — so we can see which pages and campaigns people actually find useful. This measurement is first-party only: we do not use third-party advertising trackers on the tools.

If you later choose to give us your name and email — for example to ask Rhea to review a result with you — those details are attached to that anonymous record so we can respond. If you tick the option to have a copy of your result emailed to you, we send that copy to the address you gave and nothing else. Nothing is emailed unless you asked for it.

Anonymous diagnostic records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Please do not enter patient or confidential practice information into any tool on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a complimentary advisory session, send the specific update or waitlist notification you asked for, assess an application for early access, and understand at a general level what established practice owners find useful.

Where you have opted in, we may occasionally send closely related Swift Transformations resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we never want

Please do not send patient names, patient health information, or confidential practice or employee data through any form on this site. If you send it inadvertently, tell us and we will delete it.

How it is stored and shared

Submissions are stored in our secure managed database and are not publicly readable. Access is limited to Rhea Jain and anyone she engages to help operate Swift Transformations. We also use standard service providers for hosting and email.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it — for example, until a launch list is no longer relevant — or until you ask us to delete it.

Access, correction, unsubscribe and deletion

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, unsubscribe from updates, or ask us to delete your details. Use the enquiry form on the advisory page or reply to any email from us, and we will action it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update this page. This notice describes our current practice; it is not legal advice and makes no claim to formal certification.
