Private 1:1 advisory for established dental practice owners

The dentistry is right. The patient still says “I’ll think about it.”

This isn't sales training. It's how a patient actually decides — understanding, trust and informed choice — and why they aren't seeing what you're seeing.

Private 1:1 with Rhea Jain

If you’ve said any of these

  • “Patients say yes, then never book.”
  • “My associates convert far below me.”
  • “Cost conversations feel like selling.”
  • “They accept the cheap option, not the right one.”
  • “I explain it well. They still hesitate.”

What it usually really is

You're explaining the diagnosis. They're making a life decision.

A clinically perfect explanation still fails if it doesn't land inside the patient's own world — their money, their fear, their family, their timing, their last dental experience. Acceptance isn't persuasion; it's the point at which a patient understands the problem, trusts the solution and can make an informed decision. Start with their lens and the yes stops needing to be chased.

What’s different, specifically.

  • A shared way of explaining treatment every clinician can use.
  • Cost handled early and calmly, not defended at the end.
  • Associates within reach of your own acceptance rate.
  • Plans that get booked before the patient leaves the building.
  • A follow-up approach for the ones who genuinely need time.

How we’d work it

No twelve-module curriculum. Five moves, in order.

  1. 01

    Listen to the real conversations

What is actually said, in what order, and where trust breaks.

  2. 02

    The patient's lens

Fear, money, identity, timing and past experience — then explaining through it.

  3. 03

    Language

Replacing clinical accuracy that doesn't translate with words that keep accuracy and land.

  4. 04

    Cost, early

How and when money enters the conversation so it stops being an ambush.

  5. 05

    Associates and coordinators

Coaching the whole team, so patient experience isn't a skill only the owner has.

Straight answers

Is this treatment acceptance selling?

No. Scripts that push convert once and damage trust afterwards. We work on understanding, trust and informed decisions — so the patient chooses the right care for their own reasons, and tells other people about you afterwards.

My associates convert much lower than I do. Is that fixable?

Usually, and it's one of the fastest pieces of commercial upside in the practice. The gap is almost always in explanation, confidence and how cost is introduced, not in clinical ability.

What if my patients genuinely can't afford treatment?

Then some plans shouldn't proceed, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time. But affordability and prioritisation are different problems, and most practices lose care patients could have afforded had it been sequenced and explained differently.
