Dental AI Capability Check

Most dentists and practice owners are using AI somewhere. Very few know whether they are using it well. Five questions give you an honest read across five dimensions — including how comfortable you actually are with it — and the one move worth making first.

Built for Australian dental practices by Rhea Jain — Swift Transformations. Coaching, strategic advisory and practical AI.

Questions about this check

How long does the dental AI capability check take?

About a minute. You choose your role, note which AI tools you already use, then answer five questions — one tap each. Your result appears on screen immediately and no email address is required.

What does it actually measure?

Five dimensions: Use (how often AI is genuinely part of your work), Comfort (your confidence starting, and comfort challenging what comes back), Craft (how well you brief it), Judgement (what you check, trust and keep away from it) and Leverage (whether it removes real work or simply adds a new task).

Is a low score a problem?

No. Most established Australian practices score in the earlier bands, and that is entirely normal. The purpose is to show you the one dimension worth improving first, not to grade you.

Is this an audit of our software or privacy compliance?

No. It is a short self-assessment of how you personally and your practice currently work with AI. It is not a clinical, software, security or privacy audit, and it does not replace professional advice on your obligations.

Should I enter patient information?

No. Never enter patient or confidential practice information into this or any general AI tool. The check asks nothing that requires it.
