Private 1:1 advisory for established dental practice owners
You want a team that thinks, not a team that asks.
Accountability, retention, role clarity and the conversations everyone's been avoiding. The people part is where most practices leak profit and where most owners lose their evenings.
Private 1:1 with Rhea Jain
If you’ve said any of these
- “Nobody takes ownership.”
- “I have to remind people constantly.”
- “There’s drama I have to manage.”
- “Good staff are impossible to keep.”
- “No one here thinks commercially.”
What it usually really is
Accountability isn't a personality trait. It's a system.
Teams behave exactly as their structure allows. Where roles overlap, standards live in someone's head, feedback arrives late and difficult conversations get avoided, you get reminding, drama and turnover — from people who would perform well elsewhere. Clarity, a stated standard, a rhythm and a leader willing to hold it changes behaviour faster than any hiring round.
Ninety days in
What’s different, specifically.
- Roles that don't overlap, and standards written down once.
- Difficult conversations happening at the right level, not at yours.
- Associates with clear expectations and real numbers in front of them.
- A weekly rhythm that surfaces issues while they're small.
- The people you want to keep telling you why they're staying.

How we’d work it
No twelve-module curriculum. Five moves, in order.
01
Read the team properly
Individually. What people actually think is going on is usually the fastest diagnosis available.
02
Role clarity
Who owns what, what good looks like, and how it's measured.
03
The conversations
Preparing and rehearsing the ones that have been avoided for months — including yours.
04
Leadership capability
Building managers and senior clinicians who can lead people, not just do the work.
05
Retention
Designing flexibility and progression that keeps the people worth keeping.
Proof
This is the actual professional background.
Alongside practice ownership, Rhea's formal expertise is psychology and human resource management — leadership development, organisational change and communication. Deliberately not a dentist: the clinical expertise is already in your practice. What's usually missing is the human and commercial system built around it.
Straight answers
Is this dental team training?
Not in the workshop sense. A day of training changes a mood; changing who owns what, what the standard is, and how feedback happens changes behaviour. We do the second, and only train where a specific skill is genuinely missing.
I think I have a staff member I need to move on.
That happens, and I'll tell you honestly if I agree. More often the person is responding to unclear expectations and absent feedback, so we test that first — it's cheaper, faster and less disruptive than a replacement.
Do you work with the team, or only with me?
Both, in the right order. Work that only ever touches the owner stalls, and work that only touches the team gets undone by the owner's habits.
